Brooklyn Promenade Engagement Session {Daniele + Matt}!

It all started a year ago when Matt contacted me to photograph his surprise proposal to his girlfriend Daniele! I was under strict orders that I MUST not be seen. So I naturally became the crouching tiger hidden photographer hiding behind trees and shooing people out of the way as I awaited their arrival! Their location was quite the unique one but their story explains it all! Let's just say it was a success!

I'm super lucky to have been able to capture that once in a lifetime moment for them but also because I got to hang with them and finally meet them in person for their engagement shoot! I'll see them again in a few months for their big wedding day! You have to read their story below!

How did you two meet?

Afterwork drinks with mutual friends. The rest is history!

How did he propose?

Matt and Daniele were walking in Hoboken back 2 years ago when a tequila-fueled Daniele had shoved Matt up against a dumpster in a random alley in Hoboken and told him she loved him for the first time. So Matt tracked down that random exact alley, gave them both a shot of tequila complete with salt and a lime and proposed!

What do you love most about each other?

We have the same sense of humor, and just totally get one another. We clicked from day one without having to change a thing!

What is your perfect date night?

Watching re-runs of a sully sitcoms on the couch while playing shotsopoly. Followed by dancing around the apartment with our dog, Jameson, to terrible music.

Congrats again Daniele and Matt!!! So excited for your wedding in August at the Feast at Round Hill!
